Becca Faith Grossman completed her 200-hr. teacher training with Raji Thron at Yoga Synthesis in Ramsey, NJ. Additionally, she graduated from OM Yoga's "Road to OM" training with Christie Clark and Margie Young, and carries a BA and MA in English Literature from NYU. Becca strives to infuse her breath- and alignment-based teaching with rich language, humor, and compassion, and believes that nurturing the body with yoga makes room for practitioners to develop a still mind and open heart. Becca lives in Brooklyn.
